Man arrested on Child Pornography charges

JACKSON COUNTY, AR (KAIT) - A man has been arrested in Jackson County on Child Pornography charges.

According to the Jackson County Sheriff, Donald Lee Foshee, 53, of Tuckerman was arrested following the execution of a search warrant at his home. The search warrant was the result of information received by the Jackson County Sheriff's Office from the Faulkner County Sheriff's office that Foshee was suspected of downloading child pornography from the Internet.

The police report states that a search of Foshee's residence turned up numerous DVD's containing child pornography along with three computers and several electronic devices that have been sent off for forensic analysis.

Foshee was arrested at the scene and taken to the Jackson County Detention Center. He appeared before a judge Friday and was formally charged with 12 counts of Possession of Child Pornography and Possession of a Controlled Substances stemming from a small amount of marijuana, methamphetamine and a pill suspected to be ecstasy found in his home during the search.

Bond was set for Foshee at $300,000.
