LITTLE ROCK, AR - The state Supreme Court today allowed the disbarment of imprisoned ex-Senator Mike Todd.

Todd was convicted of public corruption, but complained when Greene County Circuit Judge Victor Hill entered a disbarment order before appointing a lawyer for Todd.

Todd presented his own defense, and Justice Robert Brown said he had full access to the court to do so in his disbarment case as well.  The state committtee on Professional Conduct moved to have Todd disbarred after he was convicted on the corruption charges.
