NEW INFORMATION: Greene County Sheriff Dan Langston says one plane was flying south to north when the propeller clipped the wing of the plane going east to west. The pilot in the plane going south to north was killed in the accident. The other pilot was airlifted the Med in Memphis. His condition is unknown, and no names are being released at this time.

FORREST CITY, AR (KAIT) - Officers of
the Forrest City Police Department had to travel to North Little Rock to take a
man into custody after he allegedly opened fire on a car with two children
inside.
Forrest City Police say 20-year-old
Anthony Woods was arrested for aggravated assault after police found that he
allegedly opened fire in Forrest City Nov.4 on Goldie Hicks and his passengers;
two passengers in the car were children ages three and five.
Police say Woods was with Hicks'
soon-to-be ex-wife, when Hicks drove by. Police also say Woods and Hicks' wife
began yelling at Hicks before Woods pulled out a pistol from his pants and
fired several shots into Hicks' car.
According to the report, the car's
rear window was blown out, and one bullet went through Hick's sister's sleeve into
the passenger head rest.
Woods is charged with aggravated
assault. He is being held in lieu of $15,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in
St. Francis County District Court for arraignment on January 26.
Woods is also charged with terroristic
threatening in connection to another case and failure to appear on two separate
domestic battery in the third degree charges.
