JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - 14 Region 8 standouts will put pen to paper on National Signing Day.
The action kicked off this morning at 10am at Hoxie. Sebastian Irvin and Ricky Adams made it official on National Signing Day that they would play football for William Penn University in Iowa.
Irvin was the starting Quarterback for Hoxie after being converted from the running back slot. Adams was a lineman for the Mustangs and player that his coaches said worked hard for his opportunities.
"It's exciting to be able to play at the next level and to be able to do with Sebastian is great," said Adams of playing with the Statesmen and alongside teammate Irvin. "We went on an official visit and the campus is great and the football program is top of the line," said Irvin.
At 10:45am, A.J. Turner continued the Lepanto-Fayetteville pipeline. The EPC WR/LB signed a LOI to play with the Arkansas Razorbacks. He committed to the Hogs in April 2011 and chose to honor the commitment on Wednesday.
