    NEW INFORMATION: Greene County Sheriff Dan Langston says one plane was flying south to north when the propeller clipped the wing of the plane going east to west. The pilot in the plane going south to north was killed in the accident. The other pilot was airlifted the Med in Memphis. His condition is unknown, and no names are being released at this time.

HOXIE, AR (KAIT) - A handful of citizens recently notified Hoxie City officials about a suspicious letter they received in the mail requesting payment for insurance coverage on their waterlines. The letter said insurance was not covered in the individual's home insurance. 

Katie Smith, who works for the city, tells Region 8 News a copy of the letter was sent to the Attorney General who is now issuing a consumer alert.
