No gym? No time? No problem! America Now Wellness Expert Peggy Hall shows you the only three exercises you really need when you're short on time -- and you can do them right in front of the TV.
Peggy calls these her "magic three moves" because:
"And you don't even need to carve out any extra time," she adds. Here they are:
1. Bottom Booster
Sit on the edge of your couch with your feet a few inches apart and pointing straight ahead. Stand up, then sit almost all the way back down. Stand up again and repeat about 12 to 15 times.
2. Bust Booster
Place your hands about shoulder-width apart on the back of the couch or the arm of the couch (this makes it harder). Step back until your body is on a diagonal line. Bend your elbows and lower your chest several inches, then straighten your arms to press back up. Repeat 12 to 15 times. Make it easier by placing your knees on the floor.
3. Triceps Tamer
Sit on the edge of the couch and place your hands near your hips. Stretch out your legs, then lower your hips several inches toward the floor, bending your elbows to do so. Straighten your arms and repeat in this manner 12 to 15 times. Make it easier by keeping your knees bents and your feet closer to the couch.
Peggy recommends that you do these every other day and you'll feel and see results in as little as two weeks! As you get stronger, you can increase the number of repetitions.
"Don't let lack of time or lack of a gym membership get in the way of your becoming stronger, slimmer, healthier and happier," says Peggy.
