One car accident sends two to the hospital in Greene County

GREENE COUNTY, AR (KAIT) – Two people are hurt and one was airlifted to a hospital after a one car accident Tuesday evening.

According to Arkansas State Police, Billy McCain of Paragould was traveling eastbound on Highway 358 when he lost control of his car and crashed.

McCain's wife was a passenger in the vehicle, and she was airlifted to The Med in Memphis. Her condition is unknown at this time. McCain was transported to AMMC in Paragould by ambulance. No word on his condition.

Arkansas State Police do not believe speed was a factor in the accident.
