Jurors Continue to Deliberate in Federal Trial of Former Region 8 Prosecutor

LITTLE ROCK, AR - Jurors in the federal corruption trial of former prosecutor T.J. Hively are to reconvene this morning in Little Rock for further deliberations.

Hively and two co-defendants are awaiting the jury's conclusions on charges that they conducted a criminal enterprise.

The jury consists of eleven members.  One was excused last week after a medical emergency.

The trial lasted a month, and jurors began deliberations last Wednesday.
