One person has died in a crash near Harrisonville, MO, Thursday evening. The crash happened on Missouri Highway 7 and Walker Road. It involved a car and a tractor-trailer. Harrisonville is in Cass County.
Savannah Nash celebrated her 16th birthday last week. She died Thursday when her car slammed into a semi while she was texting during her first time driving by herself.

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Jonesboro Police are looking for the suspect responsible for shooting a woman in the leg early Saturday morning. It happened at 300 Garden Manor around 2:30 a.m.
Police say the victim was walking from the car to her apartment when she heard shots ring out. The victim started running and realized she had been shot in the calve. The victim was taken to St. Bernards Medical Center.
Police are still investigating and looking to see if the incident is possibly connected to a fight that had broken out at the Envisions Club earlier in the night.
