CLAY COUNTY, AR (KAIT) - Arkansas State Police are investigating the cause of a one vehicle accident near Corning that sent three people to the Med in Memphis.
Officials with ASP say the vehicle was traveling east bound on Highway 62, East of Corning just before 5 o'clock Saturday morning. The driver went to make a right on Highway 135, lost control of the vehicle, went off the road, and struck a culvert.
All three occupants, who are between the ages of 19 and 21, were thrown from the vehicle. According to ASP, they were transported to the Med in Memphis.
As of Saturday, two of the individuals are listed in critical condition and one is in stable condition. Officials says there was no indication the victims were wearing seat belts.
