Flippin woman arrested for selling drugs in church parking lot

MOUNTAIN HOME, AR (KAIT)- A Flippin woman is facing felony drug charges after investigators catchher selling meth in a church parking lot.

According to the Baxter County Sheriff's Office, Dawn EileneMackivitch was arrested Wednesday afternoon. Sheriff's investigators say they arranged for a cooperating individualto purchase methamphetamine from Mackivitch. The sale took place in the Hopewell Baptist Church parking lot on BufordRoad.  Officers observed and recorded thetransaction where they identified Mackivitch.

Officers say they found marked currency used byinvestigators on Mackivitch.

Mackivitch is facing the following charges:

Delivery of Methamphetamine – Felony
Delivery of Controlled Substance in Proximity to Certain Facilities (a church)– Felony
Unlawful Use of Communication Device – Felony

Bond was set at $35,000.
