MOUNTAIN HOME, AR-  Baxter County Sheriff's officials have arrested a man they say burglarized another man's home who recently died in a motorcycle accident.

According to Sheriff John Montgomery, Eric Hall Guynes was arrested Monday afternoon.  He is accused of stealing from Joshua Allen Grace's home.  Grace was killed in a motorcycle accident on March 2.

On March 7, officers say, Grace's family went to the home and found items missing.  The items included an IPod with docking station and a Playstation 3.  A family member located the serial number on the game console and gave it to the sheriff's office.

Investigators were able to use the number to find out the console had been pawned by Guynes on March 4.

Guynes is charged with felony residential burglary and theft of property.  Bond was set at $25,000 and he will be back in court March 15.
