Poplar Bluff Police search for purse snatchers

POPLAR BLUFF, MO (KAIT)-  Poplar Bluff police are asking for information on two suspects who stole over $1,000 from a purse.

According to Lt. David Sutton, officers were called to the Poplar Bluff Wal-Mart Monday.  A customer told police that her wallet containing $1,100 was taken from her purse while shopping. 

The suspects were identified from surveillance video as they were leaving the store.

Anyone with information about the couple are encouraged to called the Poplar Bluff Police Department at 573-686-8649.
