JONESBORO, AR (KAIT)-  Tommie Turner, a 19-year-old from Forrest City also called Pepa, was arrested and charged in connection with a residential burglary and a robbery both reported in December of last year.

On December 2, Freddie White, Jr. reported a burglary on Annette Street. The FCPD executed a search warrant in their investigation of the burglary and recovered some of the stolen property at which time Turner became a suspect.

Two days later Lenora Bolden reported that Turner kicked in the door to her apartment on Dawson Road, assaulted her, and took over $350 from her. Bolden was treated and released at the hospital.

Turner was later captured by JPD and then returned to Forrest City to face the charges on March 20. He is charged with residential burglary and theft of property over $5,000 for the December 2 burglary and the December 4 robbery.
