- 4 cups cabbage (about ½ a head or ½ bag of cole slaw mix)
- 1 large apple, chopped
- 1 cup grapes, cut in half
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- ½ green bell pepper, diced
- 2 diced green onions
- ½ cup bottled coleslaw or ranch dressing
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss.
- Refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
