JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Arkansas State's streak continued Friday.

Linebacker Demario Davis was drafted in the 3rd round by the New York Jets, marking the 6th straight year an ASU player has been picked.

Fullback Oren O'Neal started the streak in 2007 (Raiders). Tyrell Johnson was selected in 2008 (Vikings), David Johnson in 2009 (Steelers), Alex Carrington in 2010 (Bills), and Derek Newton in 2011 (Texans).
