LITTLE ROCK, AR - A father and son who pleaded guilty to mailing a snake to another man are headed to federal prison.

Bob Castleman, a lawyer, was sentenced today to 27 months in prison and must report in sixty days.  His son, Robert Jerrod Castleman, was sentenced to 51 months beginning in thirty days.

The son, who was arrested for DUI while on bond, is currently under house arrest and is staying with an uncle who is a deputy prosecuting attorney.

The Castlemans pleaded guilty to mailing a live copperhead snake to Albert Coy Staton, who the younger Castleman was feuding with over repairs needed on an all-terrain vehicle he sold to Staton.
