MOUNTAIN HOME, AR (KAIT) – A Gassville man, out on bond, is behind bars once again accused of committing the same type of crime.

According to Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery, Dylan Lawyer, 18, was arrested again Wednesday.  The sheriff states Lawyer was on bond after being arrested on April 26th.  In that incident, he was charged with breaking or entering, theft of property and other charges.

Sheriff's investigators say Lawyer admitted to three commercial burglaries at Gary's Pawn Shop near Mountain Home.  The burglaries, according to the sheriff, happened on March 20th, April 9th and April 14th where jewelry and firearms were said to have been taken.

Lawyer was developed as a suspect after investigators discovered some of the stolen items were sold at another pawn shop in Springfield, Missouri.

He is charged with three felony counts of commercial burglary and two counts of felony theft of property.

Lawyer's latest bond was set at $50,000.  He is currently in the Baxter County Jail.

Sheriff Montgomery says additional charges for Lawyer have come through the Mountain Home Police Department.  More charges maybe filed as the investigation continues.
