Saggy pants ordinance takes on second reading in Osceola

OSCEOLA, AR (KAIT)-  An ordinance to ban saggy pants in Osceola was up for its second reading Monday before the Osceola City Council.

The measure was supported by four council members, while two abstained their vote at last month's reading. The ban has to make it through one more reading to take effect.

The ordinance would ban anyone from wearing pants or a skirt more than three inches below the hips.
