Sautéed Tilapia

As seen on News at Five with Diana Davis:

Lightly dust fish in seasoned flour with pepper and garlic. Sauté on both sides until brown. Can be served with or without a creme sauce. Topped with garlic sautéed shrimp. Serve with a spring mix salad and diced zucchini squash and diced red peppers. Makes a 5-6 oz. portion.
