Forrest City man arrested 2nd time since initial arrest in May

FORREST CITY, AR (KAIT) – A Forrest City man has been arrested for the second time since his initial arrest in May over a vehicle break in.

According to the Forrest City Police Department, 39-year-old Ricky Walker was arrested for breaking and entering (motor vehicle) June 5 in connection with a vehicle break in on the 600 block of Menus Street.

Police say the victim reported $300 in items stolen from her car, which was broken into between 2 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Walker has been held in the St. Francis County Jail since April 2012 when he was arrested in connection with a previous break in. He is held in lieu of $40,000 bond.
