Ducks Unlimited Festival Ticket Giveaway Rules and Regulations

Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older in Region 8 viewing area except KAIT and sponsor employees and family. Ducks Unlimited Festival Tickets for 4 will be given away in daily drawings beginning Monday, May 31, 2004. Daily winners be selected at random from current entrant pool on subsequent weekdays for the duration of the contest through Friday, June 4, 2004. Winners will be announced during Good Morning Region 8 between 5:30 and 7:00 AM during contest week May 31-June 4. Winning entries may be asked to provide proof of age and residence to determine eligibility. After receiving notice, winners can call and make necessary arrangements to pick up/redeem prizes. Only One(1) entry per household. Your entry will remain eligible for all daily drawings for the duration of the contest. If a winner doesn't reply within 48 hours of notification another winner may be selected. No purchase necessary. Entry constitutes permission to use winners' names and likeness without further compensation. Odds determined by size of entrant pool. Incomplete or incorrect information on registrations(i.e. incorrect email address) not eligible. If the winner cannot be reached by email due to incorrect / inactive email address, or full email box, then an alternative winner will be selected. Taxes, if any, are responsibility of individual winner. Void where prohibited. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Entry indicates acceptance of and agreement to rules and decisions of judges which are final and legally binding. No transfer of prizes permitted. No prize substitutions except as provided herein. Previous winners are not eligibile for subsequent drawings in this contest. KAIT, Ducks Unlimited, and their promoters reserve the right to substitute prizes with cash equivalence or similar items of like value should a prize become unavailable. By accepting prizes, winner hereby releases KAIT, its parent company, respective affiliates and participating sponsors and their affiliates, subsidiaries and licensees and their respective employees, agents, officers, directors, and owners of each such entity of all liability.
