Army Corps to repair Ark. Highway 177 over lake

MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. (AP) - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Mountain Home Project Office says repair work on Arkansas Highway 177 across Norfork Lake will begin Monday.
Officials say a lane of the highway will be closed as crews fix and seal the road surface that cross the lake's dam. The lane will be closed from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays for about 45 days.
The closure is being coordinated with emergency services and law enforcement agencies.
Army Corps officials are urging motorists to use care and obey traffic signals in the area.
