One dead, one injured on Hwy 135 motorcycle accident

GREENE COUNTY, AR (KAIT) – A motorcycle and car accident in northern Greene County left one person dead and another injured.  It shut down Highway 135 for over an hour Friday afternoon.

According to the Arkansas State Police, Johnny McMillian was pronounced dead at the scene.

They say Amber Fields was traveling north in the south bound lane when she struck McMillian head on.  She was taken to AMMC.

Both the car and motorcycle sustained heavy damage.

Paragould Police, Greene County Sheriff's Deputies, and the Paragould Fire Department assisted with the accident scene.

Arkansas State Police opened the road around 3:20 Friday afternoon.
