FORREST CITY, AR (KAIT) – The Forrest City Police Department
served a felony warrant on a local barber for sexual assault.
According to police, Ulries Beard, 54, of Forrest City is
accused of assaulting one of his female clients in his shop in April.
Beard faces second-degree sexual assault. He posted
commercial bond, was, and is expected in court July 12.
