WYNNE, AR (KAIT)- After driving on the wrong side of the street, a man faces several charges tonight.
Wynne PD Detective Hallmark pulled over Adam Dugan after he was driving on the wrong side of Cross County Road 633. When Hallmark stopped him, he learned that Dugan was driving on a suspended license.
The officer also learned the Wynne Police Department had a warrant out for his arrest. The deputy then found a loaded gun under Dugan's driver's seat. The gun was loaded.
The driver said he had a knot on his front tire and was riding where the road was smoother and he said he thought Detective Hallmark was going to get over to let him by.
