Rector, AR -- Arkansas State Police are investigating a child pornography case involving a Region 8 business owner.

57 year old Delwin Mouser Jr. of Rector was arrested earlier this week for possession of materials depicting children in a sexually explicit manner. Mouser owns a lawn service shop at his home in Rector.

"When we searched the home he just offered to make us a pot of coffee, just an easy going guy, said Arkansas State Police Investigator Scott Pillow.

Mouser was arrested after Arkansas State Police received a phone call from a local computer shop in Paragould. They had been working on Mouser's hard drive when they found several photographs of young children depicted in a sexually explicit manner.

"The youngest child I saw looked to be about 3 years old," said Pillow. "The photographs are very explicit showed some of the children having sex acts on them."

Following these revelations, the Arkansas State Police took their investigation to Mouser's home where they learned he had been operating Precious Visions Photography studio.

"We did find some more child pornography in the home."  He specializes in photographing young girls in swim wear, sleep wear, and underwear.

In addition to his bond of $100,000, a circuit court judge has issued an order banning Mouser from having contact with anyone under the age of 18.

Mouser has a preliminary court date set for August 2nd in Clay County.
