Shooting suspect Jared Loughner is expected to be back in a Tucson courtroom Tuesday, according to the L.A. Times.
The paper reports that psychiatric experts who have examined him said he has the capacity to accept and understand the charges against him at this time.
Loughner is set to plead guilty Tuesday morning in U.S. District Court in Tucson, according to the L.A. Times.
He is accused of killing six people and injuring 13 others at a "Congress on Your Corner" event at a Tucson Safeway on January 8, 2011.
Among the injured in that shooting was then-Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords.
