SEMO Volleyball team picked to finish 3rd in OVC

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) -

The Southeast Missouri State Volleyball team has been picked to finish 3rd in the Ohio Valley Conference.

Junior Middle Blocker Emily Coon and Junior Setter Julie Shives have also been named All-OVC by the leagues coaches and sports information directors.

The Redhawks open the season August 24th against Valpo in Iowa City, Iowa.
