ASU vs. Alcorn State on Sept. 22 to be broadcast on ESPN3

From the Sun Belt Conference

The Sun Belt Conference announced Thursday that 12 additional football games will be available to watch during the 2012 season.

The 12 games includes a mix of regional television network games, with some being included on ESPN3, and ESPN3 exclusive games.  The addition of these games to the ESPN3 schedule will result in every Sun Belt Conference controlled game in the month of September being available on an ESPN platform.

In total, 41 games controlled by the Sun Belt Conference are currently scheduled to be carried during the 2012 football season because of the Sun Belt and member institution's willingness to deliver games.

ESPN3 is ESPN's live multi-screen sports network, a destination that delivers thousands of global sports events annually and accessible online via, on smartphones and tablets via the WatchESPN app and through ESPN on Xbox LIVE to Gold members.  It is currently available to 73 million homes at no additional cost to fans who receive their high-speed Internet connection or video subscription from an affiliated service provider.  The network is also available at no cost to approximately 21 million U.S. college students and U.S.-based military personnel via computers connected to on-campus educational networks and on-base military networks.
