Lawrence County Sheriff Jody Dotson has confirmed the body of a young female has been found in the Black River near the Lawrence and Randolph County lines.
Authorities say they have found a child's body believed to be that of an 18-month-old girl as they continue to investigate a series of Kansas farm deaths.
A body recovered amid an intensive search is believed to be that of a missing 18-month-old girl whose mother was found dead along with two men on a Kansas farm days ago, authorities said Sunday.

BAXTER COUNTY, AR (KAIT)- Sheriff's deputies arrested a
man for selling marijuana.
Sheriff John Montgomery says Samuel Edward Lynn, 25, of
Gassville was arrested Friday after investigators used a cooperating individual
to make controlled buys of marijuana from him. The sales happened in May and
June of 2012. Lynn sold the individual approximately an ounce during each sale.
Investigators also say Lynn used a cell phone during
those transactions.
Lynn now faces delivery of a schedule VI controlled
substance (marijuana) and unlawful use of communication device charges. Both
charges are felonies.
His bond was set at $7,500.00. Lynn is set to appear in
the Baxter County Circuit Court on September 6th.
