Edith Partee has lived in Portageville all her life. She shared these pictures of the Old Ferry Landing before the drought this year. The other picture was taken on Aug. 27.
Partee says she watched four people in a truck drive to the water at the river, unload a boat and were still able to walk across the water and push the boat across as well.
