Caruthersville woman arrested on rape and sodomy charges

CARUTERSVILLE, MO (KAIT) – A Caruthersville woman is behind bars after police serve search warrants.

According to the Caruthersville Police Department, 31-year-old Haley Day was arrested on 6 active warrants for her arrest.

Three of the six warrants were for three counts of statutory rape in the second degree.

The other three warrants were for three counts of statutory sodomy in the second degree.

No others details on the charges were released.

Day is being held on a $100,000 bond.
