Barker sentenced in Despain murder

JONESBORO, ARKANSAS (KAIT) - The man who pleaded guilty to the murder of Marc Despain, in August of last year, was sentenced Friday, September 14.

According to Prosecuting Attorney, Scott Ellington, Terrance Odell Barker was convicted and sentenced to 35 years in prison on first degree murder.

This, in accordance with his previous plea agreement regarding Despain's wife, Michelle. Barker will be transferred to the Department of Correction.
