Lindsey Mayo, Arkansas

Mayo scored two goals against No. 18 Kentucky, including the game-winner, giving Arkansas its first win over a ranked opponent. She played 50 minutes and took three shots with the two scores. Her goals came at 29:44 to give Arkansas a 2-1 lead and at 41:12 for a 3-1 lead. Against USC, she played 64 minutes of the 1-1 double-overtime tie
SEC DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Jordan Day, Texas A&M

Day continued her historic run between the pipes for Texas A&M. She recorded a pair of shutouts on the weekend to match the SEC record with seven consecutive shutouts. She matched the string set by South Carolina's Mollie Patton in 2009. Day's scoreless string currently stands at 696 minutes. On Friday, the Gilbert, Ariz.-native blanked the defending SEC champion South Carolina. On Sunday, Day kept the defending SEC tournament champion Auburn scoreless with four saves.
SEC FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK
Lauren Flynn, Missouri

Flynn helped the Mizzou Tigers improve to 9-1 overall and 4-0 in SEC play with wins over Ole Miss (2-1) and Vanderbilt (2-0) last weekend. Flynn notched Mizzou's game-winning goal in the 79th minute to give the Tigers the win. The goal was the first of the her collegiate career. Flynn also played all 90 minutes against the Rebels and 86 minutes in Missouri's shutout of Vanderbilt.
