WHITE COUNTY, AR (KAIT) - Two men have been charged with the theft of a deceased man's truck.
According to the White County Sheriff's Department, Michael Hollingshead, 43, and Austin Flynn, 22, were arrested and charged with theft of property and abuse of a corpse September 22 after police discovered the body of Efren Beltran lying in the roadway.
Police say Beltran died of his own volition, but Flynn and Hollingshead allegedly found Beltran in his truck and pulled his body out of the vehicle before driving off in it.
Both Flynn and Hollingshead are being held in the White County Detention Center in lieu of $25,000 bond each. They are expected in court November 6.
Detectives are also searching for Steven Earl Raymond, 38, and Levi Garette Flynn, 20, for questioning. If anyone knows the location of either of these men they are asked to call the White County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division at 501-279-6279.
Police say they are believed to live in the Judsonia and Bald Knob areas.
