FORREST CITY, AR (KAIT)- A man is back in Forrest City facing a murder charge.
The Forrest City Police Department extradited Theodis Hill, 46, from the Southeast Correctional Center in Charleston, Missouri. Hill faces charges in the murder of Forrest City resident Marissa Lowe.
Lowe's body was discovered off South Powell Street in the early morning hours of September 22, 2009.
Hill was in Missouri serving his sentence for a 2010 conviction on second degree murder and armed criminal activity charges.
Forrest City police have Hill in their custody on capital murder and abuse of a corpse charges.
Arkansas' state treasurer is being accused of repeatedly taking cash payments, sometimes in a pie box, from a broker who saw his share of business with the state increase in recent years.
A Powerball ticket sold in Tennessee barely missed winning a share of an estimated $590.5 million prize. But the ticket has a nice consolation prize worth $1 million.
