Law suit filed over duck blind removal

Amid the controversy generated by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commisions decision to have duck blinds removed from public land, the St. Francis Lake Association has decided to pursue legal action.

The St. Francis Lake Assoc. has filed a lawsuit against the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, to keep the blinds on St Francis and at Big Lake. The hearing will be held Oct. 10 at 11 am in Marion, Arkansas.
