FORREST CITY, AR (KAIT)- Forrest City police arrested a man for operating a gambling house.

On September 22, Forrest City Police arrested Sung Gyoon Moon, owner of the Superstop. Moon's arrest comes after investigators found seven gaming machines in the store.

Investigators say prior to executing their search warrant, their investigation showed that Moon paid out cash awards to players on these machines.

Arkansas state law prohibits any non-cash prize with a wholesale value in excess of $12.50 or any cash prize to be awarded by any amusement machine operator or redeemed by any player.

Moon was arrested on seven counts of gambling houses and seven counts of gaming devices (prohibition).
