    JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) – A memorial fund has been created for an 11-year-old girl who died after she became trapped beneath a pipe in a water-filled ditch for 20 minutes.

PEMISCOT COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -

A Portageville man was killed in a two vehicle crash Saturday morning in Pemiscot County.

It happened around 9:15 a.m. on Route T, two miles southeast of Portageville, Missouri.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, Michael W. Spencer, 41, of Portageville was killed in the crash. He was pronounced at 10 a.m. by the Pemiscot County Coroner.

Troopers say Spencer was killed after another truck crossed the centerline and hit Spencer's truck head on.

Police say driver of the other truck received minor injuries and was take to a local hospital for treatment.
