The University of South Carolina Gamecocks will take the field in Baton Rouge on Saturday night with a look that won't look familiar to many fans.

"We'll look a little different out there Saturday night," said Head Coach Steve Spurrier on Tuesday. "Our players like them. The guys like wearing something different right now."

Under Armour has designed a special uniform for USC's game against LSU. The new threads will be only worn for one game.

"We'll go back to our garnet and white after this game," said Spurrier.

The "Battle" uniforms include camouflage pants and compression shirts and a dark gray jersey with garnet and black highlights. The team will wear the same white helmets.

Spurrier said the jerseys will be given to the players at the end of season as bowl gifts.

Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. on ESPN.
