Columbia, Mo. – Mizzou Basketball released its finalized Mizzou Sports Network television schedule on Tuesday ensuring that all-31 regular-season contests and both exhibition games will be televised this season.
The Mizzou Sports Network begins its coverage of Tiger Basketball on Oct. 29 with the exhibition opener against Northwest Missouri State. Exhibition coverage continues on Nov. 4 before airing the 2012-13 season opener against SIU Edwardsville on Nov. 10.
Missouri will be televised like never before in 2013. The Tigers have a school record 19 appearance on national TV this season, including Friday's Mizzou Madness, which will be televised live on ESPN3.com in its entirety. Segments of that event will also be aired during ESPNU's Midnight Madness special.
The Mizzou Sports Network will carry 10 Tigers men's games and Chris Gervino will be joined by Jon Sundvold and Scott Highmark in calling the action.
Mizzou Madness begins at 5:30 p.m. on Friday (Oct. 12) with an autograph session on the concourse of Mizzou Arena. Both the Mizzou men's and women's programs will be in action and host scrimmages, contests and skills challenges.
