JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) – A memorial fund has been created for an 11-year-old girl who died after she became trapped beneath a pipe in a water-filled ditch for 20 minutes.
Kyria Seymour of Jonesboro died Saturday, April 19, at LeBonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN. A memorial fund has been created for an 11-year-old girl who died after she became trapped beneath a pipe in a water-filled ditch for 20 minutes.

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT)- Police have charged 37-year-old, Caleb Albrecht with two counts of engaging children and sexually explicit conduct for use in a visual or print medium.

The investigation is still going and police are concerned there may be more victims.

"Well I received a call on October 8th 2012 from a juvenile female on allegations of inappropriate photographs that was taken of the female child", said Rose.

The young woman claimed Albrecht took inappropriate pictures.

"As the investigation continued a search warrant was obtained for the suspect Caleb W Albrecht residence."

Police confiscated evidence from Albrecht's home including a desktop computer, laptop, digital camera, external hard drive and a cell phone.

"The majority of their evidence was found on a digital camera, including photos of other children."

The Cherokee Police Department anticipates more victims to be discovered and additional charges to be filed.

Investigators would not release the exact location of the crimes, for fear they might identify the alleged victim.

Officers want parents to make sure they are aware of who is around their children at all times.

"Definitely get to know the person before ever leaving a child unattended without their direct supervision.  You never know about someone."

Albrecht has appeared before a judge. His bond was set at 150-thousand dollars.
