Harding men's golf had four players shoot 77 in the first round of the Bison
Fall Golf Classic, played at Greystone Country Club, and is in fourth place of
nine teams at the conclusion of Monday's round. The Harding "B" team is
sixth.
Junior Lucas Collins, sophomore Brandon Clark, freshman Alex Williamson, and freshman
Dillon Board each shot 77 to give
Harding a 308 score in round one. The quartet is tied for 12th place overall.
Harding's "B" team, led by a 76 from sophomore Nathan Kannenberg, shot
318.
Southern Nazarene leads the tournament with a 303. The Crimson Storm
is one stroke ahead of both Southeastern Oklahoma State "B" and Drury and five
strokes ahead of Harding.
Drury's Tripp Roy shot a 2-over 73 and leads by
one stroke.
The final round will be played Tuesday at Greystone.
