JONESBORO, AR (KAIT)- The Down Syndrome association of Northeast Arkansas held a Buddy walk on Saturday.
Families and friends were there to walk around the fair grounds and eat a picnic lunch. The event was filled with love and support from all who attended.
"It just makes me get teary-eyed thinking about all my friends and my family that come and support her she's 20 years old she has down syndrome and she loves her friends and our friends are like our family and they're all here to support us today and it just means a whole lot to us," said Mother, Traci Craft.
Craft says everyone should get to know someone with down syndrome because they'll change your life.
