Complete AFCA PollSEARCY – With Harding football's
34-14 upset of then 10th-ranked Ouachita Baptist, the Bisons moved up six places
to No. 19 on the latest AFCA Division II Coaches Poll, released
Monday.
This is the third consecutive week that Harding has been
nationally-ranked. The only time Harding has been nationally-ranked longer in
the NCAA was during a six-week stretch in 2002. During that run, the Bisons
reached a program-high ranking of 18th.
Ouachita Baptist fell from 10th
to 20th. Henderson State, the other ranked Great American Conference team, moved
up to ninth after defeating East Central 49-14 on Saturday.
