Gosnell Police Chief Bobby Trump confirms Josh Wilson was found in Mountain Home Wednesday morning. He told investigators he just needed to get away.
Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery, told the Baxter Bulletin, Wilson was found passed out on a Marquis Drive lawn.
Wilson was then arrested on charges of criminal trespass, and public intoxication according to the Baxter County Sheriff's website.
Police say search crews found Wilson's car in Mountain Home after the third day of his disappearance. In his car, police found his keys, guitar, and the sweatshirt he was last seen in. Wilson was found about a mile and a half from his car.
Police said Wilson was thought neither to be in danger or to be a runway since officers could find no evidence of foul play and family members said Wilson is not the kind of person to just disappear. In fact, police said Wilson's family believed him to be in good spirits the night before his disappearance.
