Harding Women's Golf finishes second at Lady Reddie Classic

The Harding women's golf team shot 317 in round two of the Henderson State University Lady Reddie Invitational to finish second of nine teams.
Harding shot 316 on Monday and finished at 633, 18 strokes behind tournament winner Arkansas Tech. The Lady Reddie Invitational was Harding's final tournament of the fall season.
Lady Bison sophomore Emily Plyler shot a 3-over 75 in round two, finish with a two-round score of 154, and placed second overall. It was Plyler's second top-5 finish in five tournaments this fall.
Emelie Alpe of Arkansas Tech won the tournament with a 4-over 148.
Harding senior Becca Godman also recorded a top-5 finish. Godman shot 156 to tie for fourth, also her second top-5 finish of the fall. Lady Bison sophomore Brittany Marquez tied for seventh at 157, and senior So-Yun Kim tied for 15th at 166.
Harding's second-place finish was its third top-5 placement during the five fall tournaments. The Lady Bisons completed the fall with a 43-14 record.
