MOUNTAIN HOME, AR (KAIT)- The search of two Mountain Home residences ends with three drug arrests.

On October 30th, Mountain Home Police, Arkansas State Police and the 14th Judicial District Drug Task Force served search warrant at two residences located on North Church Street. The search warrants were issued following a two month investigation involving methamphetamine sales.

Police arrested Mountain Home resident Katie Fernandez, 25, for five counts of delivery of meth, possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and distribution of controlled substances near certain facilities (school). Fernandez is in the Baxter County Jail on a $20,000.00 bond.

Illegal Alien Jorge Alberto Cuevas Cuellar, 27, was arrested for two counts of delivery of meth, possession of meth, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute it. He is in the Baxter County Jail on a $15,000.00 bond with a hold for federal authorities.

Police arrested Alex A. Rider, 18, of Mountain Home for possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is free after posting a $2,500.00 bond.
