ASP releases names in fatal accident near Joe Mack Campbell Park

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Arkansas State Police has released the names of the people involved in a fatal accident on Highway 63 Tuesday night.

According to ASP, 18-year-old Gunner Weeks was traveling northbound on Highway 63 when his car crossed the median and hit 29-year-old Chad Harbison head-on. 

Weeks passed away a few hours later. 

According to the ASP report, both drivers were wearing their seat belts.

    According to Blytheville Police Captain Scott Adams, an 18-year-old man was arrested Monday on suspicion of two counts of capital murder in connection with a Nov. 2016 shooting.
